In every lesson I will use the most modern up to date technology to help my students understand in the simplest possible way in my full swing and short game lessons. I will always have TrackMan and Video Analysis software running in the background. This allows me to demonstrate how the golf swing is working and back it up with video evidence -that allows the student to understand their own technique, where their worst shots are coming from and what we need to change in order to improve.
I also have force platform technology and MySwing 3D Analysis suit, Hack-Motion 3D Wrist sensor and also focus band for the mental aspects of the game. On the driving range we have Toptracer Range technology that allows us to actually play golf courses while on the range, letting us introduce a whole new aspect to golf coaching that also allows me to look at course management elements while in a practise enviroment.
My putting studio is unrivalled in Scotland in terms of technology. We have SamPutt lab, Sam video, SamPutt 3D, and Sam Projection – a ball tracking software installed in the putting studio. This allows us to analyse every aspect of putting from the technical elements to speed control to green reading and start line control. My putting green has full tilt capabilities. So we can set up almost any putt in the studio that you would face on the putting green from right to left putts to left to right putts, uphill and downhill putts. This puts me in a very unique position in Scotland with one of the only indoor facilities that can teach green reading.
Just back from lesson at Stewart Craig Golf. Once again Stewart was able to simplify the technical aspects to a level which I understand, which will allow my practice to have greater purpose. I personally can’t recommend Stewart highly enough as my golf has improved significantly over the winter months. The range itself has seen a great deal of improvements in the past 12 months which make it a pleasant and welcoming place to practice your golf. Keep up the good work Stewart & Team.
